Cancellation and No Show Policy and Fees
Cancellations or appointment changes require a minimum of 24-hour notice. Any cancellations, no shows or changes under 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full rate for the scheduled appointment. Arrivals fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment time may be considered a missed appointment and will be treated as such. If the appointment can be rescheduled within two calendar days (based on availability) from the original appointment date, the fees may be applied to the new appointment based on the discretion of management. All fees and balances are required to be paid before the next session. If you miss two or more scheduled appointments, your appointment time may be terminated by management. These policies ensure that all parties are invested in the therapeutic process and the time(s) that are scheduled are used efficiently and productively.

Notes
- Results are not guaranteed and are based off the effort the specific individual puts into the transformation process to better their lives or careers.
- If you are serious about making positive changes in your life, be prepared to invest anywhere from six to 24 months (on average) or more as a coach is a long-term if not lifelong commitment
- Sessions expire six (6) months from the date of the initial intake session unless otherwise discussed.
- Email responses (48 hours window) / Text responses (24-hour window) or less
- Any cancellations or missed appointments will result in a loss of a scheduled session
- 10% discount on counseling and other services during or up to 1-year from the start of the program
- Payment(s) for the program require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance due after session seven. Monthly payments can also be arranged for the balance due.
counseling vs. coaching & mentoring
Both counseling and therapy explore behavioral patterns and search the mind and thought processes. The main difference between counseling and coaching / mentoring is that counseling will explore a more emotional path (emotional and mental health) and at no time will Christopher provide guidance, suggestions or direction to the individual or couple. The path and journey during counseling is the responsibility of the individual/couple. During a coaching session, Christopher may act as “a coach” and help aim individuals/couples to achieve specific goals through actionable strategies while maintaining ethical and moral standards.
As a mentor, Christopher may provide guidance from his own life experiences to help with an individual’s/couple’s with their personal growth. If the idea of therapy doesn’t sit well with you (or your significant other) or sound like something that you would like to proceed with, coaching with Christopher provides you with access to top-tier clinical support while reducing the stigma of seeing a counselor or shrink. insurance
Christopher is an out-of-network provider and does not participate with any insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits/coverage, you may be entitled to partial or full reimbursement depending on your plan. Christopher can provide you with a super bill or invoice for you to provide to your insurance company at any time. A monthly statement can be provided upon request with all the information you need for reimbursement.
Christopher chooses not to work with current insurance providers as he feels that they do not do a good job with confidentiality, and he cannot control HIPAA leaks or violations for high profile clients once the claim is submitted. At no time will a third part have access to your attendance, diagnosis or other information.
Furthermore, Christopher chooses not to work with insurance companies as they require a diagnosis for him to get paid. Christopher does not feel that a specific diagnosis should have to follow a high achieving individual for their entire lives. Christopher has personally seen where high achievement individuals have had their careers hindered from diagnosis years prior that are no longer significant.
Telehealth and
Onsite Services
Christopher understands that you have beyond busy schedules and that making it to his office may not be realistic. Christopher offers telehealth (video conference) services using HIPAA compliant platforms. For an additional fee, Christopher will come to your office, home, or other designated location if you do not have access to technology and your schedule will not allow for a visit to his office.
